ESG Projects Manager

ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Projects Manager

Key responsibilities:

• Participation in development and implementation of the Bank's ESG-strategy
• Management / coordination of ESG projects / initiatives development and implementation;
• Development of ESG-related regulations, processes, activities and ESG projects evaluation principles and indicators;
• Development of the Bank's internal ESG culture
• Initiating and planning of activities on expanding employees’ ESG-related awareness, knowledge and skills;

General requirements:

• Knowledge of ESG-related legislation and up-to-date practices (environmental, social corporate governance)
• Knowledge of ESG market and its potential participants
• Awareness of banking sphere
• Experience in implementing ESG projects
• English language: Advanced (speaking and writing)
