RECRUITMENT RESEARCHER/ANALYST

Locations we search candidates at: Ukraine, CIS, EU, Asia.

We are looking for project-based Recruitment Assistant/Researcher / Talent Sourcer (remote project based work).

Key tasks will include:

• Finding candidates' profiles using various search tools and platforms (candidates databases / LinkedIn) according to preliminary defined criteria
• Formatting CVs (from 'candidates' standards to our CV standards)
• Coordination of talent management projects (360 feedback, Assessment Centers)
• If you are interested: participation in interviews, writing candidate summary 

Key requirements:

• Interest in HR area. Previous experience in recruitment/HR - highly preferred
• English - at least intermediate
• Strong research skills and attention to details
• Ability to perform tasks in timely manner and with good level of quality
• Interest to learn & develop
• Readiness for remote work

Working hours/workload can be discussed and managed in flexible way (full day/half day)
