Now Coral Club is looking for organized and communicative HR-manager for Europe.

What You’ll do

• Recruitment of different interesting positions all over Europe!
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media, professional networks, and other relevant sources
• Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates
• Arranging interviews and support recruitment process
• Onboarding
• Monitoring of the labor market and wages
• Participation in other HR projects
• Maintain an efficient reporting.

As a stable company, we are looking for an employee for a long period of work, so it will be great if you have:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience
• Global talent sourcing and international recruitment experience 
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English(C1) and Russian (B2-C1)
