Salesforce Community Coordinator

 Responsibilities: 

• Organize all types of internal events for Salesforce Community (~60-100 people) – Salesforce Talks, Team Buildings, Summer and Winter Parties, Hackathon, etc.  
• Manage full cycle process of event organization - planning, budgeting, cooperation with vendors, promotion and gathering feedback; 
• Support the organization of external webinars for audience all over Ukraine; 
• Business Trips organization; 
• Prepare and organize gifts deliveries; 
• Cooperate with Operations, HR, Design and others departments; 
• Keep SharePoint site and internal documents up to date; 
• Monitor, track, and report on budget; 
• Build trust and open relationships with Community members; 
• Create reports and analyze the efficiency of Community activities. 

 Requirements: 

• 1+ years of experience in event/community management in IT company; 
• Intermediate English level; 
• Strong time-management, interpersonal and communication skills; 
• Previous experience with Office 365 apps (Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.); 
• Ability to make critical decisions under time constraints and a full workload. 

 Would be a plus: 

• Experience with Azure DevOps/Jira; 
• Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
