Recruiter

We offer formal employment in logistics to international students. And you don’t need work experience for that.

Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. One of the corporate principles is not to attract specialists to management positions from outside, but to develop them within the company. Our customer positions itself as a progressive and sustainable company. And they invite people with the same values to their team.

The role will include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle (resume screening/phone interviews/office interviews/client communication)
• Creating candidate profiles and developing closing strategies
• Searching for candidates on job portals, social networks, etc
• Finding new sources to attract candidates
• Independently managing up to 7-8 job openings at a time

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Recruiting experience of 1 year or more
• Knowledge of modern and different methods of search and recruitment
• Willingness to develop in the recruiting field
• Successful experience of working with several vacancies at the same time
• Flexibility, ability to work in a team
• Readiness to work for results and achieve business goals
• Higher education
• Good verbal and written communication
• Ability to speak English at B1 level or above will be an advantage
