HR Process Consultant (Szczecin)

At the heart of 3Shape is the global HR team called People & Organization (P&O) that supports the entire organization. We are a team of 30 colleagues worldwide and this position will be based at our Support Center (SSC) in Szczecin, Poland.

Szczecin is a main city of West Pomeranian region that smells chocolate. Close proximity to Baltic sea and Berlin makes it a perfect location for many Scandinavian investments. Our aim is to scale global People & Organization Support Center by standardizing and simplifying HR processes in order to master operational and administration support to the business.

We are looking for a person with proactive and analytical mindset, having a winning personality and thinking like our users. Someone who can help us organizing, aligning and securing wide number of administrative tasks on the highest level in a global setting.

Your responsibilities:

• Performing HR Operation tasks from hire to retire (onboarding - change - outboarding)
• Handling HR requests in global mailbox, answers general inquiries and specific HR questions
• Managing on-demand reporting to business partners
• Taking active part in projects around HR system implementation and process improvements 
• Supporting maintenance and integrity of HR database and systems
• Streamlining global HR processes
• Understanding modern HR tools and features, managing innovate solutions
• Being a part of global HR team and working on international projects, such as People Survey and Global Seniority
• Improving existing customer service in the most efficient manners

Your skills:

• Good knowledge (1-2 year) of global HR processes
• Strong verbal and written communication in English is a must
• Experience from Support Centre is a great advantage
• Good command of Microsoft software: (Excel, Word, Forms, SharePoint)
• Experience in Jira / other ticket system would be a plus
• Good analytical and organizational skills, close attention to detail
• High-quality, timely and proactive customer service
• Discretion, maturity of judgments and tact
