We are looking for a highly-motivated trainee who will share Jabil’s values and mission, who is passionate about sourcing and recruiting overall, and is always ready to come up with new ways to find the best candidates.
Responsibilities:
• Run an end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates
• Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
• Keep recruitment reports accurate and timely updated
• Partner close collaboration with senior colleagues and HR department
Requirements:
• Intermediate English level or higher — is a MUST
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and readiness for aggressive hiring plans
• Passion for recruiting and IT
Would be a plus:
• Knowledge and understanding of the Ukrainian IT market
• Experience in IT Recruitment
