An ambitious growth plan in 2022 is being rolled out to meet with high demand from our customers. As such, White Sparkle is hiring an Assistant Business Administrator to support our day-to-day business. The role has the benefit of being remotely based

We are searching for an A-Player, which means a person who is results driven, ambitious and eager to succeed.

Your key areas of work will be to support business owner with various tasks, customer service, support field teams as well as administrative tasks.

You will be working in a fast-growing business with plenty opportunities for development and career growth.

This position is remotely based so you may be home based. You need to be available at your computer at all times during working hours to hold conversions with new customers and answer phone calls from existing customers.  


The Suitable Candidate must…

  • Be able to quickly identify opportunities to improve business processes.

  • Have good customer service skills.

  • Be able to learn fast since this role will vary in many different tasks.

  • Excellent written and spoken English


Main duties include but not limited to:

  • General ad hoc admin

  • Managing the customers database

  • Customer service including but not limited to:
    answering phone calls responding to facebook messages

  • Social Media administration

  • Scheduling

  • Recruiting; including job advert creation and reviewing CVs

  • Supporting field teams

  • Invoicing and Payment collection

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year experience in business management / business administration or similar role

  • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong organisational skills, both on personal and team workload

  • Results Driven

  • Ability to understand as well as spot opportunities to improve business processes
