We are a unit with a headcount of around 300 associates, and the number is constantly increasing from day to day. We are trusted and dedicated to more than 15 projects which are top-rated in different business areas such as operational technologies solutions for global business, transportation asset management, agricultural business, intelligent workforce management, tech-side of providing humanitarian and charity services, etc.

The Unit is highly trusted among clients within the company frames, so in many cases of collaboration, we host the whole project ownership. Here you may find the preferred projects and work with different technologies and many talented professionals.

YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Human Resources Management
  • Proactive, results-driven, flexible, self-organized, and responsible person
  • Excellent communicator with at least Intermediate English level
  • Strong in people relationships
  • With a background in learning and development area
  • Eager to learn and develop your skills
  • Striving to work in a dynamic environment and to balance multiple tasks for achieving great results
  • Able to work effectively both in a team and independent

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Associates Workforce Management
  • Managing Trainees' lifecycle in the unit (around 40 associates)
  • Coordination of onboarding processes in the HRM system connected to employment: working place, equipment
  • Organizing kick-off meetings with project manager and mentor, or welcome meetings in the unit
  • Onboarding agenda and goals for the probation period
  • Regular 1on1 meetings to support trainees during the probation period
  • Performance reviews by the end of probation (4 months)
  • Talent Success Lead for feedback and future career opportunity
  • Stakeholders in associates development and promotion processes
  • Support with career movements
  • Finding the best solutions and timely rotations for associates
  • Support in a change of career directions process
  • Learning and Development Management Identify and analyze learning needs of associates, prepare suggestions from SoftServe University
  • Offering specific L&D solutions to help the business maintain or improve local/team goals: preparation of learning playlists, making learning research to demand
  • Supporting employees with development plans creation
