What will you do?

• Full life cycle recruitment of technical and non-tech positions
• Directly search and headhunt qualified candidates, maintaining the Database
• Work on vacancies texts and job postings
• Provide timely and accurate feedback for the candidates
• Prepare vacancy' statistics and reports

Who we are looking for?

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Knowledge of relevant job boards, platforms, social media, and other online channels
• Knowledge of IT technologies related to web and mobile development
• Good English skills, both spoken and written (at least pre-intermediate)

• Work experience as an IT Recruiter/Researcher/Sourcer
• Experience with Recruitment CRM
