HR Analyst

We are looking for an HR Analyst to gather and process qualitative and quantitative data around jobs, compensation, and employee demographics. Ultimately, HR Analyst will help ensure maximum efficiency for our HRM functions, from hiring to employee training and retention. If you have a knack for identifying trends, drawing useful conclusions, and recommending solutions, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Gather data about internal and external benchmarks
• Report on key recruiting and retention metrics (like time to hire, attrition rate, etc.)
• Assist stakeholders and managers in getting deep insights into their functions and explaining what does it mean from an analytical perspective
• Identify top reasons why candidates and employees choose to work with our company and recommend areas of improvement for our HR procedures
• Forecast costs by department and help create a business plan in delivery
• Assess results from our function performance reviews

Must have

• Work experience as an HR Analyst or similar role
• Experience using Human Resources Management Systems
• Ability to create detailed spreadsheets, charts, and presentations
• Excellent analytical skills

Would be a plus

• Familiarity with HR operations including hiring, payroll, and employee benefits
• Experience with analytical systems like Tableau, Power BI or Sisense
• Good research abilities
• Proficient English
