Responsibilities:

• Project management (planning, budgeting, implementation and reporting);

• Distribution and control of tasks at all stages of work;

• Reporting on the progress of tasks and the project as a whole;

• Communication with the customer and the team at all stages of project development;

• Create a transparent communication environment between all participants in the process;

• Drawing up a project plan, prioritizing tasks and required resources, optimizing work processes;

• Interaction with the team of Art Leads and Art Director;

• Participation in HR processes (hiring, adaptation).

What kind of professional we are looking for:

• 2+ years of project management experience;

• Experience in managing and working with an art team (25+ people);

• Knowledge and experience of CRM-systems (Jira, Trello, Favro etc.);

• Upper Intermediate (or higher) level of English is a must.

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of graphic software;

• Art education;

• Passion for games.
