Account manager

An International Digital Media Company is looking for a talented, self-motivated Junior Account Manager to work on a new project in the Kharkiv office.

Responsibilities:

1. Processing incoming leads of potential clients in order to bring new clients.

2. Supporting existing clients, maintaining long-term relations. 

• Helping with advertising campaigns set up;

• Monitoring and analyzing results of your clients (working with statistics);

• Giving recommendations on performance improvement of your clients’ advertising campaigns;

3. Leading a few advertising campaigns, in order to support your clients well. 

Requirements:

• Written and spoken English - Upper-intermediate level

• Good communication skills

• Logical thinking, ability to work with numbers, analise statistics

• Responsible and attentive to details

• Ability to work according to a specific deadline

Personal qualities:

• Team player and easy going.

• Likes communicating with people 

• Likes balance of communicating work and ‘thinking’ work 

• Can handle tough conversations / negative feedback

• Wants / is ready to learn
