As our new People Partner, you’ll be part of the ZONE3000 organization in Kharkiv. Your role will cover providing full scope of HR service (excluding recruitment) to the Managers and Teams. You will build relationships with colleagues to help understand everyday work life, help to create positive employee experience and implement People solutions that concretely and flexibly solve business priorities.
We are working remotely at the moment, but you should be ready to work from the office as soon as it will be safe from a health perspective.
Requirements
3+ years experience in a People Partner or equivalent role
Upper-intermediate level of English and Ukrainian proficiency
Good understanding of business operations and processes
Analytical and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Ability to prioritize and effectively manage day-to-day tasks and requests
Ability to keep your performance on a high level without constant monitoring
Ability to work in multitasking mode
Basic project management skills
Responsibilities
Providing full scope of HR service including developing and advising on motivation programs, engagement and care programs (excluding recruitment)
Integrating with Recruiting, Learning & Development, Communications teams to implement solutions and help scaling business
Working with Managers and Teams to improve quality of cooperation and business unit performance, build culture, increase productivity and provide retention support
Facilitating business changes by maintaining healthy feedback, communications, and interpersonal relationships
Driving and influencing the culture and people aspects of organizational change in order to improve business efficiency and growth
Support with performance review process
Providing timely & efficient solutions to any issues from managers and team members
