The company was founded for more than 10 years, a team of more than 200 employees.

We are seeking for a Head of it Sales (web/mob development) to join the team on a full-time permanent basis.

Our expectations

• Sales department management experience and sales strategy development experience (2+ years)
• Experience in selling outsource / outstaff services for long-term engagement (5+ years)
• Self-motivated and focused on driving results in a proactive manner
• English is advanced
• It’s essential to demonstrable your previous successes stories

Meeting your expectations

• Significant support directly from founders and other departments – Delivery, Recruitment, HR
• You will have a team of lead-gens, sales managers, account managers that you will improve and enlarge
• Sales-focused office in Kyiv’s center
• Ability to work part-time remotely with a flexible schedule
