We are looking for an IT HelpDesk Engineer who will be engaged in managing IT-related activities connected with hiring, relocation, termination, transfer and upgrade procedures.

YOU ARE

  • Experienced in Help Desk systems (preferable)
  • Having background working in CallCenter (preferable)
  • Familiar with the following services: MS Windows 10, MS Office
  • Able to get things done and possessing troubleshooting skills
  • The one who can work using checklists
  • A team player
  • Client-oriented
  • Demonstrating Intermediate and above English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

  • Managing IT-related activities connected with hiring, relocation, termination, transfer and upgrade procedures according to Service Catalog and internal procedures: process, register, and delegate requests to appropriate Service owner track their correct completion till closure, indicate possible problems and risks, and raise them to appropriate stakeholder
  • Managing objects in Active Directory (creating/releasing user account in AD, creating/releasing PC account in AD)
  • Procedure fault analysis and troubleshooting, detecting the roots of problems and making decisions for resolving them. Cooperate with other directions if required to accomplish requests effectively and efficiently
  • Keep team documentation (procedures, handbooks) organized and up-to-date
