Customer care operator with English

Our center is currently giving service to two major companies in the United States and in the United Kingdom.

Nol PE invites English speakers to join the team. You will be the first to be approached by customers, as you take care of incoming calls only, and provide service of the highest standard for each client. You have the chance to join this professional and experienced team — and build a career in a global company.

Your tasks will be:

• Communication with existing or potential clients of the company to clarify their needs and the services that match them- by phone.
• Follow up on service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Record all actions in our advanced CRM system.

Required skills:

• Proficiency in English is at least upper-intermediate level. Because we have clients all over the world, and English is the main language of communication.
• Good communication skills. Because customer support and assistance with their issues will become your main work tasks.
• Nothing else, because we provide you with all the skills you need for the job.
