Requirements:
- 2+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience from sourcing to hiring
- General understanding of technologies in the IT Industry
- Experience recruiting a wide variety of roles in IT
- Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details, team player, proactive
- Excellent communicational skills
- English upper intermediate.

Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruitment of technical and managerial positions
- Coordinate all interview stages (technical, project and customer interviews)
- Conduct the recruiting process including interview, offer, background and onboarding
- Work closely with Staffing Partners, HR and Recruitment teams
- Coordinate with PM’s and other leaders as needed to review, recommend, and confirm resource assignments
- Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidate and talent strategies
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation as well as coaching through the hiring process
- New employee onboarding.
