Recruitment Researcher

The company is looking for an a passionate researcher with exceptional communication and collaboration skills to join our Recruitment department. As a member of the Recruitment team, this role will focus on sourcing for IT talent and will have significant influence and impact across the company growing.
We’re willing to consider candidates without the relevant work experience, however we would prefer to consider people who already finished or are finishing the relevant courses.

As a Recruitment Researcher you will be:

• 
  
  Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github and other).
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and research programs.
• Collaborate with our skilled Recruiters and determine position prerequisites.
• Recognize qualified applicant profile utilizing different sourcing procedures.
• Create talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System.
• Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and research programs.
