MVST:MG is an international startup early-stage investment fund in the field of fintech/blockchain/games / ad-tech with an in-house accelerator. We seek a Head of  HR / HR Business Partner to operate as a strategic counterpart for our startups. The role will be based in Kyiv, on-site, full-time. 

As an HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Work closely with startup leaders and their tech teams to drive business outcomes through the development of and execution against the right people priorities. 

  • Partner with business leaders to develop business objectives and interpret what people enablers are necessary to deliver business results.

  •  Lead programs at scale, from need identification to implementation, considering the unique needs of our internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the site opening projects, presenting a plan defining all staff needs (positions scale, budget, timeline, key objectives ) 

  • Full cycle recruitment processes "end to end" within different business units

  • Manage the onboarding & off-boarding processes

  • Form and lead a recruitment unit according to the business needs

  • Support managers and employees development

  • Develop and maintain best practices for managers & employees on HR topics such as performance, personal and professional development, etc.

  • Implement our organizational culture and values within the units

  • Implement HR strategy and best practices to support business goals

  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals

  • Strong business acumen and the know-how of building and growing businesses through its people's ongoing development and support.

  • The ability to synthesize complex situations into a digestible format for the business leaders and their teams.

  • Team-oriented consensus builder who understands how to achieve buy-in from diverse constituencies, build bridges, and design "win-win" solutions across a matrix management organization.

  • The ability to flourish in a rapidly changing organization and operate comfortably with ambiguity and complexity.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in the IT field 

  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment, tech recruitment, executive placement 

  • Experience in a strategic HR role with the executive-level interface and a high degree of executive influence

  • Capacity to work independently & outstanding analytical skills 

  • Project management skills

  • Excellent verbal and written English  

  • Proven record of success running operations 

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent experience is a significant advantage.
