HR Director

Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. Now we are looking for a talented HR Director to join our team.

Main requirements:

• 3+ years of various HR roles experience

• Theoretical knowledge and practical experience of running/executing all HR functions, such as:

  • Recruiting,

  • Onboarding,

  • Adaptation,

  • Benefits management,

  • Staff grading and assessment management,

  • Personal development plans management,

  • Internal communications,

  • KPI management,

  • HR IT systems management.

• Successful experience of cross-department questions boost and resolution.

• Ability to deliver results.

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

• Challenge-oriented, results-oriented personality

• People-oriented person with good communication skills.

• At least upper-intermediate level of English (both written and spoken).

• Confident user of Google Services (Drive, Gmail) and/or MS Office package.

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment process management

• Staff onboarding and adaptation;

• Conducting staff appraisals (collecting feedback from the team, setting the goals for further development, compensations and benefits);

• Administrative, organizational questions (vacation, sick leaves);

• Team-building arrangements;

• Team’s motivation programs development;

• Learning and development for inhouse departments;

• Be a primary communication interface between other departments, such as Media Production, Recruiting, Office Management, IT Helpdesk, etc.
