Account Manager

Adtelligent (previously known as VertaMedia) is a sell side ad technology company providing holistic demand management and intermediation solutions for publishers.

Requirements:

• Excellent presentation and communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English
• Customer Service and support experience with English speaking clients
• Understanding of the digital advertising market in CIS countries and English Speaking countries
• Extremely proactive, organized, responsible and proven ability to work well in the team
• Сomputer skills, good knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point

Desirable:

• Experience with management/accounting of CPC, CPM, CPA campaigns
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Facebook ads
• Basic knowledge of HTML, Javascript
• Experience with Grafana
• Knowledge of 1C

Responsibilities:

• Schedule and conduct calls/meetings with the clients
• Grow and optimize current accounts by identifying, closing up-sell opportunities and analyzing current efficiency and performance of ad campaigns
• Work with clients and intetnal team on optimization of ad campaigns. Emphasis on revenue maximization and client retention through effective inventory and campaign management
• Understand competitive differentiators in fast-changing online advertising landscape
• Analyzing user experience, partner’s feedback and providing ideas that may improve our platform
