Руководитель отдела продаж

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead, who will help draw up an effective sales strategy and lead a remote team of sales specialists at Wattum.

Your tasks will be as follows:

•  team organization and management
•  organization the working process using CRM-system
•  distributing leads within the team
•  contact both cold and warm leads and build rapport with prospective clients   to assist in identifying sales opportunities
•  support the team in resolving customer issues
•  checking team's performance against KPI’s
•  daily meetings that inform and inspire the team
•  team training for  improvement of sales results

Skills and knowledge required:

•  5+ years experience in sales
•  2+ years experience in leading a team
•  upper-intermediate English
•  coaching, training, and development skills
•  reporting and analytic skills

Would be plus:

•  experience working with IT company
•  interest in the crypto mining industry
