UI/UX Designer at imito AG

We are looking for a senior UI/UX designer who wields a wide array of design capabilities, from strategic thinking, problem-solving, and UX design — to interface design and functional prototyping.

Your Profile

• You have 5+ years of experience, specifically user experience design and interface design for web and mobile applications.

• You have a solid understanding of user experience fundamentals - from wireframes, flows, journeys – to stories and requirements. You know a product needs way much more than a pretty face.

• You appreciate big picture thinking. While details are everything, creating an experience that always keeps our users in mind is equally as important. You are an empathetic user advocate that values the backing of research when it comes to designing solutions.

• You’re familiar with major platform interface guidelines and recommendations. 

• You’ve been working in a distributed team (thriving under collaborative workflows with multiple teammates and disciplines when needed), and you have the ability to produce complex design deliverables with minimal guidance

• You have significant experience working closely with engineers, including communication, understanding environment and platform limitations, and asset production. 

• You have a strong desire to influence how the things you design will be built.

Essential Tools

• Sketch, Abstract, Adobe CS and Figma for graphic design work. 

• Any high-fidelity prototyping tool of your choice (e.g. Origami, Framer, Principal)
