Talent Acquisition Assistant

We are looking for a recruiting assistant who will join our team and take part in the daily administrative work of the Recruiting Department.

As a recruiting assistant, you will be deeply involved in all recruiting Dev.Pro’s activities, gaining experience from more skilled colleagues, and seeing how in-house recruiting works from the inside.

Qualifications and experience:

You will definitely be a great fit if you:

• Attend closely to detail and are able to multitask effectively, as the position requires switching between tasks throughout the day
• Have a strong sense of responsibility
• Are comfortable working in high workload environment
• Have upper-intermediate level English

Nice to have:

We don’t expect you to have experience in the IT field, however, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs would be an advantage

Key responsibilities:

You daily activities will include:

• Opening positions on Workable
• Replying to managers' email requests on open positions and posting vacancies on sites
• Scheduling and arranging interviews
• Leading the candidate throughout the hiring process and preparing appropriate documentation: offers, follow-ups, candidates' documents, payroll request, and IT Team requests
