Senior Manager Sites

The main purpose of the position:

• Analysis of metrics and generation of hypotheses for their improvement
• Generating ideas, adapting and integrating them into an existing product
• Setting tasks, assessing the expected effect and quality control of completed tasks at all stages of implementation
• Preparation of prototypes and approval of design layouts
• Writing text to improve the effectiveness of the feature being implemented
• Analysis of competitors competitors and leaders of the e-commerce market
• Analysis of the effectiveness of the implemented tasks / features, search for solutions for optimization and improvement
• Interaction with other departments of the company (design, content, development, analytics, seo)
• Approval of tasks, design and texts from junior specialists
• Team management

Qualifications

Qualification requirements

• Deep knowledge in internet marketing
• Product approach
• Experience in e-commerce for at least 3 years
• Experience in conversion optimization on a project with a monthly traffic of at least 1 million.
• Conversational English (B1 and higher)
• Well-developed communication skills
• Analytical mind Will be a plus:
• Marketing education
• Experience in e-commerce in the European market
• General understanding of GDPR and customer interactions in e-commerce
• Experience in the autosphere
