We are looking for experienced, knowledgeable Employer Branding Director who understands the ins and outs of branding and marketing strategies, analysis, campaign execution and staff management — all while keeping tight control over the bottom line.
Our best candidate is able to work cooperatively and effectively with different departments, vendors and clients. A person who can work through delegation, collaboration and excellent resource utilization.
Reporting directly to CEO, Employer Branding Director will portray his / her vision and ideas to the stakeholders. Employer Branding Director will also be leading and directing the work of others. The role involves constant networking and representing your organization to outsiders.
Requirements
5+ of overall experience in Branding and Marketing
3+ years of proven managerial experience
Experience working in / with IT companies
Upper-intermediate English and Ukrainian is a must
Strong project management and people management: You will oversee the department and guide its day-to-day operations, so you’ll be recruiting, supervising and mentoring members of the employer branding team
Leadership and influencing: The role of a marketing director is a creative one, so it’s crucial that you present yourself as a good communicator. Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing is a must
Data analysis: The role calls for continual analysis of market trends and the positioning of competitors. This analysis provides the foundation for branding and marketing strategies. Much of this analysis is done by drilling down into data around customer behavior and experiences, so you need to be up to speed on these techniques
Ability to manage multiple projects at once: we have a lot of ideas that need to be turned into actions, so we need to be quick following the trends
A customer focused attitude: we are partners with the global hosting providers, so our branding strategies should cover in-house and customers’ needs
Will be a plus
SEO and PPC experience is strongly desired
Responsibilities
Oversee, lead and activate all the company's employment branding strategies
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the branding plan if necessary
Report on the effectiveness of marketing and branding campaigns using pre-determined KPIs
Lead customer, brand and product research initiatives
Offer expert advice to develop innovative advertising, public relations, social media and events
Participation in specialized conferences and exhibitions
Manage and refine the organization’s social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and the company's blog
Initiate and lead negotiations with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materials
Negotiate with media partners to guarantee advantageous contracts
Guide the day-to-day activities of the team: manage overall and personal productivity, hiring, promoting, firing; evaluating development areas and opportunities to grow
Setting up and managing an online marketing program to promote job openings and career opportunities
Developing creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company's website and identifying new recruitment opportunities through social media
Planning and overseeing the production of all printed materials, develop and manage recruitment campaigns using a variety of media, print, billboards, websites, direct mail and social media
