We are looking for a Junior IT Researcher to join our Lviv office. The position will focus on attracting, screening, selecting qualified personnel to fill our job openings.
Requirements:
- 0.5+ year experience in Researcher position, preferably in software development companies
- Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components
- Understanding of offshore software development specifics
- English verbal and written communication skills an absolute must, intermediate strong level

- Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively priorities multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively individually and within a team environment
- Ability to cultivate and build relationships
- Ability to use a wide variety of tools to recruit talent
- Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills
- Excellent computer skills as the user (Web, MS Office, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools
- Pre-screen candidates CV to define skills, knowledge, and experience according to project requirements
- Initial contact with candidates
- Use creative and innovative sourcing approaches to identify, source candidates
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
- Market research
