Responsibilities:

• daily map updates,  
• real time coverage of public transportation disruptions and road incidents across the globe. 
• reporting problems from Customers, Client’s Employees, Data Feed Updates. 

Requirements:

• excellent written communication skills – English & German/ French (min B2), 
• good communication skills and attention to detail, 
• willingness to work in a shift-based work schedule, 
• skilled researcher and comfortable using a variety of online sources in various languages, 
• willingness to relocate to Krakow (one of the oldest cities in the country, whose centre has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site for over 40 years) or Gdansk (the Polish maritime capital, that has always been characterized by a spirit of freedom and courage)
