BAT UKRAINE IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST (CONTROLLER) FOR OPERATIONS.

FUNCTION:  Finance

LOCATION: Kyiv/Prylucky 

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for a finance professional responsible for E2E supply chain finance in big factory, managing CoS forecast for several countries, leading savings initiatives across the region and developing organization.

Reports to: Senior Manager: Commercial Finance

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

 WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• You will lead Supply Chain and COS financial planning for production site and sales organization
• You will lead manufacturing cost optimization projects for production factory
• You will be responsible for the supply chain financial analysis, accounting and reporting for production LE
• You will work with big data sets to spot patterns and build impactful insights to craft business strategies
• You will have an individual training plan, develop personal capability and grow your career within a Global environment

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to work with big sets of data and the ability to present the data efficiently to support business decisions.
• Work effectively with diverse groups of people and be able to demonstrate creativity, innovation and initiative
• Proven leadership credentials, translating in the ability to influence business partners, working independently with limited supervision
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across locations
• Ability to make business recommendation based on analytics and insights, going beyond numerical metrics and making connections between industry value creation and business strategy
• A broad understanding of accounting systems and processes
• Experience in Supply Chain Finance would be very desirable for this role
• People management experience is desirable for this role
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
