Personal Assistant to CEO and CTO

We expect you to have:
 
At least Intermediate level of English
At least 1 year of experience at the relevant position
Strong MS office knowledge
Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
Proactive and strong interpersonal skills
Attentive to details
Strong time management skills 

Your responsibilities:
 
Work closely with CEO and CTO
Maintain working schedules
Arrange meetings
Keep calendar up to date
Documents and presentations preparation, informational support
Conduct researches on different matters upon request
Maintain CRM and database
Control and provide feedback on the implementation and progress of CEO’s tasks and reports
