Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing

We are looking for an Assistant Director of Sales and Marketing to join our superb team taking care of 4 Accor hotels in Kyiv. 

 We are looking for someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. This role will be responsible for selling and developing the corporate, group and MICE segments of the 2 new Accor hotels in Kyiv. You will interact frequently with Guests and Customers with the intention of developing a strong relationship with all accounts and earning repeat and expanded business.

 What will you be doing?

• Actively participate in the pre-opening of 2 new Accor hotels in Kyiv;
• Conduct regular meetings and site inspections with clients at the hotel to demonstrate the product and services;
• Drive proactive and reactive sales to maximize revenue for the hotel. Proactive approach in acquiring new clients through sales calls, telemarketing, written communication and competition check;
• Handle the requests for groups and events;
• Create and maintain outstanding relationships with clients;
• Research market to identify new business opportunities;
• Deal with customer complaints, comments and enquiries;
• Achieving individual KPIs while being focused on team goals;
• Participation in sales and departmental meetings.

Main requirements:

• Applicants with at least 2-3 years hotel sales and conference experience, able to illustrate previous successes in a comparable environment;
• Opera PMS knowledge;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Strong written communication skills;
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal;
• Profound computer skills;
• Strong customer service skills;
