The role will involve:

• Managing the full cycle of recruitment — from the opening of a vacancy to the employee’s release into the workplace
• Forming generating regular job reports on the work on the vacancy, recording actions and results in HRM.
• Generating ideas for effective closing of vacancies
• Working on an employer brand with the support of the marketing team. Collaborating as a team with other HR and MarCom colleagues
• Maintaining a positive team atmosphere and culture
• Participating in the process of onboarding, increasing loyalty and evaluating personnel in all departments

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Education. Higher/incomplete higher education, preferably in personnel management or psychology
• Experience. Experience in recruiting and HR processes
• Skills. Excellent skills in active presentation, listening, negotiation
• Languages. Fluent Ukrainian and English. Knowledge of English will be an advantage
• Technologies. Ability to use mail, calendar, Google Drive, task managers
• Business. Be interested in business: marketing, HR, etc
