Our client is an international company providing transport logistics services in the USA. The company focuses on Western standards of working conditions. One of the corporate principles is not to attract specialists to management positions from outside, but to develop them within the company.Our customer positions itself as a progressive and sustainable company. Therole will involve:

• Search and selection of personnel in the United States
• Conducting an initial interview
• Verification of all necessarydocuments for employment
• Accompanying and supporting the hired candidates in their furthercooperation with the company
• Maintaining a database and forming a pool of candidates
• Onboarding of hired candidates and communication (online)

We also have a list of requirements for this position:

• Knowledge of English at the upper intermediate level
• Goodverbal communication, decision-making and negotiation skills
• Attention to detail and a high level of responsibility
• Multitasking, prioritisation and effective time management
• Desire to work and develop in the field of recruiting for at leastone year
• Experience in sales will be a plus
