OVERVIEW
We are a Ukrainian-Danish IT company with about 300 people. During the last three years, our growth rate stands at 30%.
We are looking for an Office Manager with excellent organizational skills to join the InterLogic team in Lviv.
REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good communication skills (both writing and speaking)
- Good organizational skills
- An Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English language proficiency
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcoming guests and visitors
- Maintaining security by following procedures, issuing badges etc.
- Incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries management
- Office supply purchase management (ordering tea, coffee, stationery, furniture items etc.)
- Ensuring office space is tidy (monitoring the cleanliness, looking after the plants etc.)
- Business trips arrangement and respective financial reporting (visas, tickets, accommodation arrangement)
- Other administrative support upon request
