Job Purpose
This role has key importance of increasing key customer sales and customer satisfaction within the area of responsibility.
JOB responsibilities
- Manage the activities in country according to company’s operation procedures in safe way
- Increase sales of OE in the region
- Ensure to maximize the sales opportunity and volume of the complete Weir Minerals Equipment product portfolio in the offered and on-going sales projects and participating in these activities when required.
- Visit customer sites in the region of responsibility in the country on regular basis in order to meet customer’s needs
- Create forecast opportunities in the region
- Ensure the reporting procedures are followed reported information is sufficient in Sales Force
- Maintain up to date records and follow touchpoints of agreements from start to finish, order processing
- Process the tenders
- Products samples/trials and tracking it
- Complete the sales documents and Maintain database containing sales information
- Develop sales presentations
- Customer complaint control and support sales/service team in their areas
- Follow up quotations and update regularly.
- Build strong relationships with the customers’ decision makers in defined territory or customer
- Ensure that the business is developed with a focus on working safely and ethically according to the code of conduct of Weir
- Ensure the implementation of the Company EHS Policy for the prevention of injury, damage or loss to Company personnel and resources
- Adhere to the risk assessment controls identified
- Not interfere or misuse any equipment supplied
- Maintain equipment supplied for carrying out work tasks including daily maintenance where appropriate
- Use personal protective equipment supplied in accordance with site risk assessments and site rules
- Attend any suitable training to ensure that they are competent to perform their duties safely
- Comply with any rules specific to a particular site and any Company wide health, safety or environmental requirements
- Report any injuries, unsafe acts or conditions to line managers
- Support EHS Policy to help deliver cultural development and sustained continual improvement in EHS performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in Mining, Mineral Processing or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 Year of relevant experience in selling original equipment or aftermarket in the Mining Sector (Comminution / Crushing and Screening Equipment)
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Result oriented with focus on continuous improvement
- Demonstrated capability to successfully partner with peers and senior business leaders
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Driving licence is mandatory
- No obstacle to travel
Working conditions
- Mon-Fri from 9 am to 6 pm
- Official employment according to the Labor Law, permanent place of work, office in the center
- All employees are provided with Health & Life insurance, paid vacation 24 calendar days (+ 4 additional days)
- Meal compensation for working days
- Salary will be based on the results of the interview. Probationary period 3 months
