Country Sales Manager, Kiev
Main purpose of the role:
Responsible for selling company’s products by gaining new customers and enlarging volumes with existing customers. Reporting to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Gathering information about prospects and approaching them with information about the activities of the company
- Cold-calling & marketing activities
- Generating new business and meeting Sales targets according to the KPI's set
- Developing relationships to gain a thorough understanding of the customer's requirements and ensuring that the customer's expectations are met and exceeded
- Monitoring the developments of existing and / or new prospects
- Enlarging volumes with existing accounts and new customers
- Providing day to day quotations and follow-up
- Joining of General Manager on a regular base when visiting existing and / or new prospects
- Attending the two monthly Sales meeting
- Being aware of, and acting in accordance with, all employer’s policies
Key Result Areas:
- Success of quotations leading to client visits and new business
- Successful handover of SOP's to customer services
Key Performance Indicators:
- Number of cold calls
- Number of visits
- New business created
Qualifications:
- Experience in a commercial job role at a forwarding company
- English – intermediate level
- University degree
- Customer oriented, commercially oriented, team player
