Trainee DevOps

Description:

Solution developed is a Web-based application designed for registering and monitoring the personnel involved into offshore construction projects. Application has to provide the actual real-time overview of the personnel whereabouts, which is of vital importance for marine operations. The system includes several different modules and is configured individually for each construction project. 

Technology stack in project: Azure DevOps on premice, Powershell, Batch, Octopus, TeamCity, REST, networking.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting complex on premice project infrastructure
• Help to improve IaC
• Supporting pipelines build and deployment processes in Azure DevOps
• Supporting Bash and Powershell scripts
• Support Auto testing process
• DevOps support developers and QA.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of experience as System/Network administrator
• Basic understanding of DevOps culture and practice
• Understanding of TCP/IP,DNS,DHCP
• Basic experience with any cloud (Azure, AWS, Oracle)
• Basic understanding Git or any other Version Control Systems
• Basic experience in scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell)
• Linux/Windows server administration experience
• SQL scripting experience
• General understanding of CI/CD
• General understanding of Infrastructure as Code
• Basic knowledge in REST/SOAP
• Experience with any CI/CD
• Good spoken and written English
• Must be motivated, organized, and possess good communication skills
