IT Support Specialist (Junior)

Join the Sii branch in Odessa as an IT Support Specialist.

You will be responsible for on-site and remote support of internal users. We ensure the possibility of development in the areas of application support and IT infrastructure.

The person in this position should have at least six months of experience as an IT Support Specialist or related.

Your role

• Logging requests and analysis of causes of malfunctions of user workstations
• Remote technical support for users in the area of system software, application software and hardware and peripheral devices
• Close cooperation with 2nd and 3rd line support
• Handling of ITSM requests in accordance with ITIL practices
• Monitoring of open tickets and informing users of their current status

Your skills

• Very good interpersonal and communication skills (communicativeness, openness, empathy)
• Good organization of own work
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
• Good knowledge of computer hardware construction and basic configuration elements
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and Teams application configuration and MS Word, MS Excel functions
• Practical knowledge of MS Active Directory service
