DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician to make the team even stronger.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as an entry point to all requests from external users/EPAM employees
• Provide timely request fulfillment according to the workflow
• Answer users’ questions via phone or mail
• Communicate with other teams including L2/L3 Support to guarantee correct request assignment and resolution

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Fine organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• English level: B2 and higher
• Stress-resistance
• Quick reaction and ability to adapt to changes
