DESCRIPTION
Currently, we are looking for a Junior Service Desk Technician to make the team even stronger.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as an entry point to all requests from external users/EPAM employees
- Provide timely request fulfillment according to the workflow
- Answer users’ questions via phone or mail
- Communicate with other teams including L2/L3 Support to guarantee correct request assignment and resolution
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
- Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Fine organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- English level: B2 and higher
- Stress-resistance
- Quick reaction and ability to adapt to changes
