Требования:

• Experience as an recruiter, working with different recruiting sources and search methods;
• Experience in IT recruiting;
• Ability to work as part of a team to mutually share skills and knowledge to improve the process of selecting the best candidates;
• Not least important to us is the ability to listen, research and analyze, leaving room for intuition during decision-making;
• Upper-Intermediate English language.
