Your impact.

  • Manage and drive full-cycle recruitment process including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback and offers for all levels of candidates from entry to senior level for different operations roles
  • Work closely with our hiring teams HRBP and hiring managers to take a holistic approach in building each organization
  • Creating and deploying unique sourcing/hiring strategies to bring in new team members; thinking not just short term, but the long term needs of our hiring teams
  • Track goals, metrics and performance of the hiring cycle; regularly communicate status and results
  • Being a brand ambassador and help us to develop our brand awareness

Your experience.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment 1+ years;
  • Good knowledge of local Ukrainian market and different recruitment tools/approaches
  • Experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing/hiring strategy
  • Knowledge of recruiting searching methodology, sourcing tools
  • Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing, and retaining passive and active candidates
  • Good skills in written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate+)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Thoughtfulness, flexibility and a positive attitude
  • Mass hiring experience would be a plus
