Customer Care Manager

У зв’язку з активним розширенням команди (на даний момент вже 70+ менеджерів) шукаємо Customer Care Manager (Billing) з володінням англійської мови на вільному розмовному рівні.

We are looking for smart, Еnglish proficient people with excellent communication skills and ability to process big amount of information:

• Accuracy to details
• Fluency in both written and spoken Еnglish
• Ability to process big amount of information
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Analytical skills

Full-time position requiring 40 hours of work per week. Your regular weekly schedule will be Monday to Friday US hours (Eastern Standard Time) hours from 8.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m EST (15.00 — 00.00 Kyiv)

Responsibilities

• Communication with clients and primary data entry to the application program
• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes
• Month-end closing of the billing group information
• Plan and implement quality assurance for all processes
• Special program/billing planning and implementation
