Data processing specialist  will become a member of a professional and motivated team of recruiters that hire the best talent for the top-ranked products . We are open to new ideas and improvements, always seeking for perfection working with our clients.

Requirements

• English level intermediate (or higher) is a MUST, both spoken and written

• Proactivity, strong reasoning skills, ability to handle ambiguity and work within provided guidelines

• Strong computer skills: you must feel comfortable with learning new processes, systems & tool, Google Suite of products

• High level of accuracy, attention to details and integrity

• Ability and willingness to deal with repetitive work without losing concentration

• Strong personal communication skills. Good at asking questions. Consider yourself a real team player

• Ability to work remotely for the duration of COVID-19 social distancing requirements

 Responsibilities

• Work heavily with the Google Suite of products/services such as G-mail, Docs, Sheets, Meet, Calendar, etc

• Collect, analyze, integrate data according to the schedule and deadlines

• Offer and argument  improvements on the data structuring and visualization

• Development and support of  recruitment related policies and services

• Work with recruitment database and BI tools: data input, extraction, visualization and validation

• Statistical analysis creation, update and support  

• Job postings creation and updating 

• Work closely with Recruitment Director and recruitment team

• Participation in team meetings

• Communication with third-party vendors and stakeholders

• Keeping a high level of accuracy, attention to details and integrity
