We are looking for a Junior Software Assets Management Specialist who will take part in daily activities, related to software lifecycle, maintain records and databases, communicate with external vendors, and participate in the internal cross-teams collaboration.

We are working to ensure software compliance across the company.

YOU ARE

• A person with basic licensing and software products knowledge
• Demonstrating Intermediate or higher English level
• A person with good oral and written communication skills
• An owner of excellent analytic skills
• Team player
• Able to self and fast education
• Familiar with legislation on intellectual property (Desirable)
• Showing a concept of basic ITIL practices

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

• Software assets requests
• Providing licensing consultancy services
• Adding software assets into a database or SAM tool
• Performing software procurement, according to planned budget and defined licenses availability reports
• Cooperating with Vendors/Suppliers for basic purchases according to defined rules
• Reviewing and negotiating contracts, by bringing together requirements from all process stakeholders
• Regular or on-demand inventorying of software within an organization
• Avoiding unnecessary asset purchase by promoting software comparisons to avoid duplicative software
• Avoiding overconsumption of software
