Talent Acquisition Assistant (Recruitment Department)

Currently, we have a new open position of Talent Acquisition Assistant (Recruitment Department) for our Odesa office.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of professional experience in administrative positions;
• Proficiency in using MS Office;
• Excellent grammar skills (English, Russian, Ukrainian), business correspondence experience;
• High motivation and ability to work cross-functionally;
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive and goal oriented, demonstrated ability to become a successful member of the team;
• Understanding the specifics of the IT market will be a plus;
• Knowledge of online advertisement and different candidate sourcing methods will be a plus;
• Experience in Human Resources/IT Recruitment Department will be a plus;
• Proofreading/ translation experience will be a plus;
• Familiarity with official documentation flow will be a plus;
• Content writing experience will be a plus;
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with job descriptions - compose according to EPAM format, post at the company’s website and job portals;
• Work with external applicants;
• Work with internal referrals;
• Collaborate with internal EPAM Departments as it regards recruitment-related issues and initiatives (HR, Travel, Marketing, etc.)
• Support an entire TA administrative process as the key contact for the Recruitment Specialists, candidates;
• Maintain internal TA resources
• Reviewing resumes for requirements, pre-screen candidates;
• Compilation of statistics (interviewers, feedbacks, etc.);
• Checking internal recruiting reports.
