Position: In-house Recruiter

We are looking for in-house recruiter to join our team.

Koscom Cable Inc is an authorized contractor for the largest telecommunication companies across the USA. We are the HR solution for the TOP companies on the market, such as Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others.

Our team already hired 300+ contractors. And we want you, our new recruiter to boost this number.

Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks and through referrals
  • Create and publish job ads
  • Work with HR managers within our organization to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for open positions
  • Use skill assessment tools to screen candidates and interview potential candidates (initial calls)
  • Ensure the best-in-class candidate experience from end-to-end hiring process
  • Screen candidates in various stages of the application process and move qualified candidates through our talent pipeline
  • Create a stable flow of new candidates all year round in all the states. 
  • Communicate frequently with HR managers to understand the unique needs of our company
  • Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until initiation of onboarding
  • Collaborate with Social Media Team to capture and share employment life on social media and other online platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience working in a recruiting function (experience in the US market will be a great advantage)
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment and great communication skills
  • Experience with social media recruiting
  • High level of attention to detail while performing a variety of different tasks as needed
  • Must be able to respond quickly in an environment of changing priorities
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • English B2+
