HR manager

We at KCI provide technical staffing service to large communications, internet & media companies like Comcast, Spectrum, COX, RCN, Mediacom & others. Working with industry leaders requires us to maintain standards of excellence in everything we do. We would like to meet people who will help us do that well, and welcome them into our team.

Over 300 KCI contractors across 14 states go out to work every week and earn a living. They provide professional services, and have opportunities to expand their skillset, learn service business, increase their earnings and foster their career.

Many of them came to KCI with experience, however most of them learned the work in a two-week paid training program. Many more are needed in the field still. Our recruiters are working to inform them of this opportunity.

What you would do:

Your job, as the HR Manager would be to help them get trained, employed and to encourage them to strive for growth and excellence, while providing support every step of the way.

How you do this work:

• You do this work remotely, simply following the KCI’s HR workflow.
• You organize the process of onboarding the technicians and the process of helping them solve any of their issues after they are hired.
• You are available and accessible for the technician to be able to count on your support, guidance and help. You like to call and talk to make sure every concern of the technician is addressed.
• You use the KCI’s CRM system to assist you in your work.

What you need to have:

• Over 1 year of human resource management experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• English B2+, fluent Ukrainian
• Desire to grow and help grow.
