Infopulse is looking for a Talent Management specialist to join the Rotation team.
Areas of Responsibility
- Own all information about specialists in rotation:
- Get information about a specialist’s intention to change the project/role and their wishes about the new appointment
- Get feedback on specialist’s performance from current and previous managers and HR specialists
- Get current CVs
- Be responsible for decisions on rotation and on the type of rotation proposed to the specialist and BU:
- Understand the needs of different departments, participate in status and resource meetings
- Receive information about new opportunities and potential customers
- Receive information on potential changes in customer structures (including hiring and reduction plans)
- Plan and organize one-time or short-term appointments for specialists while they are on NCA (for example, presale, participation in an interview)
- Be responsible for compliance with all stages of rotation:
- Coordinate the terms and conditions of withdrawal from the current project
- Track and offer internal candidates for open vacancies and opportunities
- Get feedback on specialists’ reviews for vacancies and opportunities
- Coordinate and control the terms and conditions of specialists’ transition with all participants
- Inform all interested participants about the transition of a specialist
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting
- Knowledge of the main technologies and business areas in IT outsourcing
- Intermediate level of English or higher
