For our partners - international IT company- we are looking for Recruitment Team Leader! ( Lviv, full - time, office position)
What are we looking for?
- Seniority: at least 5 years of experience in recruitment and minimum 1 year in coordinating a recruitment team
- Experience in an multinational environment
- Advanced level of English
- Proven experience and knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Nice to have the capacity of understanding Ukraine and Moldova landscape
- Previous experience in leading and coaching a team of Recruiters through the recruitment lifecycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to tailor the message according to different stakeholders’ levels
- Collaborative approach within the team and with others stakeholders and colleagues(Consultant Profile)
- Combined approach of people and results orientation
- Dynamic and flexible attitude
- Availability for travel;
Responsibilities
- Monitor the achievement of KPI’s both of the team and recruiters
- Ensuring the team polyvalence and back-up of resources in order to offer continuity in the activity
- Assigning recruitment projects to team members in an efficient and balanced way in order to maximize the recruitment capacity delivery
- Maintaining and developing the knowhow of the team members and facilitating best practice sharing within the team
- Prioritizing with hiring managers and Recruiters the recruitment needs, on a recurrent basis
- Driving the relationship with business stakeholders in order to reach recruitment targets as per the business objectives.
